Privacy Policy

The site does not offer user accounts, sign-ups, newsletters, comment sections, or contact forms. We do not ask for, receive, or store your name, email address, or any other personal information. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with anyone, because we do not have any.

Every calculation on this site runs entirely on your own device, in your browser. The numbers you enter (loan amounts, incomes, rents, rates, and so on) are never transmitted to our servers or to any third party, are never stored by us, and disappear when you leave the page unless your own browser retains them.

The site uses your browser's local storage (not cookies) to remember two small preferences on your device only:

• your selected currency for displaying results, and
• your analytics consent choice, if you have been asked for one.

This information never leaves your device and is not readable by us. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this website, or by using the "Reset analytics choice" control in the footer.

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless measurement tool. It records aggregate, anonymized page-view statistics (such as which calculators are visited and from which country) without cookies, without persistent identifiers, and without tracking you across other websites. Individual visitors are not identified.

The site contains optional support for Google Analytics, but it is currently disabled. If it is ever enabled in the future, it will only load after you explicitly opt in through a consent banner, you will be able to decline or withdraw consent at any time, and this policy will be updated to describe it.

The site is a static website hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel's infrastructure briefly processes technical connection data (such as your IP address and browser type) for the sole purpose of delivering pages to you and protecting the service from abuse. We do not access, combine, or use this data to identify visitors. See Vercel's privacy policy for details on their processing.

The site does not set cookies. The preferences described above use local storage, which stays on your device and is never sent with requests.

The site contains links to third-party websites, such as the donation page on Buy Me a Coffee. Those sites operate under their own privacy policies, which we do not control and encourage you to review. This policy applies only to The Money Horizon.

The site is not directed at children and, as described above, does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Privacy laws in many jurisdictions grant rights such as access, correction, deletion, and objection to processing of personal data. Because we do not collect or hold personal data about you, there is typically nothing for us to access or delete; the data described in section 3 is under your direct control on your own device. If you believe we hold personal data about you, contact us using the channel in section 11 and we will respond in accordance with applicable law.

If the site's data practices ever change (for example, if a new analytics tool or a contact form is added), this policy will be updated before or at the time the change takes effect, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
